Quick answers

How do I cancel my subscription? +

Subscriptions are managed by the App Store or Google Play. Open your device Settings → your name (Apple ID) → Subscriptions, or the Play Store → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions. We don't bill you directly, so we can't cancel for you — but write to us if you need help finding the setting.

How do I get a refund? +

Refunds are processed by Apple or Google. Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. Google: Play Store → My subscriptions → request a refund. If you have trouble, write to hello@trykalima.app and we'll point you in the right direction.

How do I delete my account? +

Inside the app: Profile → Delete account. Or write to privacy@trykalima.app and we will delete your account and associated data within 30 days.

The mic isn't working — what do I do? +

Check that you granted microphone permission. iOS: Settings → Kalima → Microphone. Android: Settings → Apps → Kalima → Permissions. If the permission is granted and recordings still fail, restart the app. Still stuck? Write to hello@trykalima.app with your device model and OS version.

Is my voice stored? +

No. Recordings are sent to our speech-recognition backend over an encrypted connection, processed, and deleted within minutes. We do not retain voice data and do not use it for training. See our privacy policy for the full picture.
